How tall should a wakeboard tower be?

Today I am building my own wakeboard tower thar will sit inside the boat on the floor so it won’t have to be drilled in and is removable. So my question is how tall should it be? What the like general tower height and how tall should it be above the waters surface? Thank you.

Wakeboarding: The Elusive 360

A Wakeboarding camp on Lake Mahopac, NY with AZDREAM team pro Ben Christiansen. The campers attempt 360s and toe side back rolls, but its not an easy sport. Another RadXSports video. Narration: Natalie — Wakeboard camp Intro: Wakeboarding is every bit as hard as it looks. A serious wakeboarder will spend a lot of time falling into water at high speeds. Tony Oncam — Wakeboard Camp intro: After they get a few tricks right, it’s off to camp to learn a few more from a pro who makes it all look easy. VO Wakeboard Camp Wakeboarding isn’t an easy sport to find. You need a lake and a special kind of boat. It helps if the water is flat, like is usually is on a calm summer morning. Ben Christiansen is a top pro wakeboarder on Arizona’s AZDREAM TEAM. The camp starts off with Ben showing everyone how good it can get. First camper up is Sam Coles, a 20-something grad student who is a beginner to intermediate level wakeboarder. He’s going for a 360 degree spin, a bit of a reach for someone at his skill level. Sam learned a lot, but he’s a long way from landing a three. Bert Melchner is a more skilled wake rider. He has grabs and 180 spins in his repertoire, but he hasn’t landed a 360 yet. Mike Baione is a seriously talented athlete and an expert wakeboarder who can do spins, grabs and inverts. His goal at camp; the difficult toe side back roll. Mike problem; he was weak and off line when he cut the wake toe side first. This made him come up short on his jumps. Before he can do a back

Alliance Wakeboard :: Centurion

In early August, Alliance partnered with Centurion Boats and took their team and a parking lot full of boats out to Lake Oroville in Northern Cal to see what we could make happen. Ricky, Ike, Andrew, Drew, Adam and Sean O all made the trip. The main goal was to offer the team the opportunity to ride in a consistent location for a few days to try to capture some of the best photos and video the boys could produce. With Lake Orville being one of the premier wakeboarding and wakeskating locations in Northern California, it offered up the perfect canvas for the guys to paint. Look for a full team video on this trip coming this winter. Here is a sneak peek. text “alliance” to 66937 to gain access to alliance’s private, exclusive content site.
