wakeboarding question?
im thinking of taking lessons and ive never done it before but my question is what part of my body should i work out that will help me when im wakeboarding? as in upper body or legs? thanks in advance

When wakeboarding you use alot of your core muscles to keep you up, not so much your upper body! So being physically fit in with your abs is a good thing to work on!
Well i do competitive wakeboarding and i would say arms.. mainly for tricks and stuff and you need balance but i would work upper body,… mainly back shoulders abs and arms
Your legs will be sore for your first few lessons just from fatigue. Strong arm and back muscles are definitely needed to do good tricks. I would just do all of your upper body and squats.
